During the day, the participants are in their sport's respective camp area, where they train together with some of Sweden's best instructors. The participants are challenged on their individual level and develop in their sport, but also as a teammate. In the evenings, Sports Heart's large Activity Town is open in Tumba. Here, the participants can, among other things, play bumper balls, climb and test each other's sports. During the evenings at the camp there will be barbecues, swimming and lovely summer hours together with new friends. On site are the leaders and Sports Heart's own safe night mums and night dads if anyone wants extra support. If you as a guardian have something that is important for the group leader to know about your child, write it in the report. It is also good if you inform the leader of your child personally in connection with the registration.

The leaders have basic knowledge of how to act in the event of common sports injuries. Sports Heart Camp also has available paramedics who move between the camp areas. All children are covered during the camp by sports insurance via Folksam, which applies in the event of an accident. Read more in the document below.

If your child loses an object or similar during the camp, you as the guardian must report this to the insurance company where you have your home insurance. Sports Heart does not have insurance against loss, but everything your child brings to the camp is at their own risk.

We implement security measures due to Covid-19:
- Our staff only work when they are healthy.
- We are careful about hand hygiene.
- We help the participants to be careful with their hand hygiene.
- We wipe the tables before eating and regularly wipe handles and toilets.
- We will have a space in the camp area where participants can stay while waiting to be picked up if they show symptoms.

This is what we expect from you:
- Go through the importance of being careful about washing your hands with your children.
- Participants who show symptoms stay at home.
- If your child shows symptoms such as a respiratory infection, runny nose, fever or cough, your child will be sent home from the camp. We therefore expect you as a guardian to be available to pick up your child if necessary.

Of course we at Sports Heart will help you with the journey to and from Sports Heart Camp. Below you can book your train ticket with SJ's most favorable discount.

All participants at the Sports Camp are offered transport to the camp area. We meet you with Sports Hearts buses at the City Terminal next to Central Station in Stockholm on Sunday, July 31 at 2 p.m. You book a place on the bus by ticking the box that you need transport in your camp registration. If you have not ticked this box, there is no place reserved. The bus is branded with Sports Heart and our staff on site wear Sports Heart shirts. Please note that you must book a train or equivalent that is in good time as the bus cannot wait! The participants who arrive at the bus at the Central Station themselves, we expect, will also be able to leave there by themselves at the end of the camp on Friday, August 5. Otherwise, let us know if your child, for example, needs help getting on a train or similar. If it is the case that you have booked a long-distance train that should arrive in good time but experience a train delay, you must notify us immediately. Send an SMS to Sports Heart's telephone number 070-77 66 100 and state your child's personal details, which long-distance train the child is coming on, when it is expected to arrive and the telephone number the child can be reached on.
